Penn Center House (PCH) is located between Rittenhouse Square and Logan Square neighborhoods of Philadelphia. Designed by Philadelphia architect George S. Idell, PCH was built in 1959 by the R. M. Shoemaker Company. PCH consists of 431 residential units, as well as a parking garage and a commercial property.
