Penn Center House is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 7 Members of the Cooperative. These Directors are elected by the general membership at our Annual Meeting.
Penn Center House allows cats and birds as pets. We are a “no-dog” building, with the exception of properly documented service dogs.
All units are expected to be owner occupied. Subletting and short-term rentals (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) are not permitted.
Members that executed their Occupancy Agreement after March 26, 2018 are prohibited from smoking in their unit. Members that executed their Occupancy Agreement prior to that are grandfathered in and may smoke in their unit.
